Out of stock

Saule is an Indo-European sun Goddess – She crosses the sky by day in Her carriage drawn by yellow horses and travels the waters by night in Her golden birch boat
In one of Her many myths Saule-the sun, married Menuo-the Moon. However Menuo fell in love with Aušrine (the morning star) and so Saule and Menuo were divorced. But both Saule and Menuo wanted to see their daughter emyna (the earth). So an arrangement was made where by Saule the Sun comes during the day, while Menuo-the Moon visits at night.
