We are surrounded by beautiful trees here in Avalon, trees that hold the memories of these ancient lands. Books also hold the memories of our ancestors dreaming and of our shared wisdom and humanity.

Do you remember the smell of a book, opening to a page filled with wondrous words written by another – for a while we can surrender to a different view, a different world, words that weave a magical reality in our minds and our souls.

This book club is for those who want to share about what we read, to open a conversation and share our understandings, our passions, our journeys and how books help guide us along the way.

Back through time to the early feminist writers and the grandmothers of Goddess Spirituality, it’s writing that has helped guide us both personally and collectively to where we are today.

Let us celebrate the writers we have loved and embrace the writers who are emerging.
