Returns Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
In all cases, if you’re unable to return to our shop in Glastonbury, please contact us by email in the first instance, to discuss your return.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase with your valid receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or credit note.
Clothing Returns
All returned clothing needs to have the original tags, be unworn and in the original packing.
Other Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that are not faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us to let us know you wish to return an item.
- Please ensure you have your valid receipt ready.
- Send the faulty item back to us at your own expense.
Refunds and Exchanges
If we agree to an exchange or credit note, we will contact you to arrange this. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping cost.
