Packaging and Postage
Charges for postage and packaging are normally generated whilst going through the process of ordering and check out. The price will vary depending on the weight and size, the delivery option and the country the order has to be sent to.
Orders are normally sent out within five working days, unless they are out of stock. We will let you know by email if an item is out of stock and offer a likely delivery date or give you the option to cancel the order.
Returns and Exchanges
Goddess Temple Gifts’ intention is to provide for our customers’ wishes. If the item is not satisfactory, you can return the item and we will refund you the money paid for the item (you will need to pay for the return costs of the postage).
If you want to return the item, contact us via email or writing within 7 working days after delivery. After contacting us, please return the item within 28 days with the original packaging and labels, in new and unused condition with a copy of the original receipt and your full name, address, phone number and email address.
If you wish an exchange for the item, please state the required item clearly. Any differences in payment will have to be paid for by the customer or paid back to the customer. The postage costs for the exchange will have to be paid for by the customer.
If any of the items arrive damaged or they are not what you have ordered, you need to notify us on as soon as possible, but at least within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Although we cannot be held liable of any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by our appointed carrier, we will try to correct any failure regarding the order. The items will have to be returned to us (on our costs) and they will be replaced or refunded, depending on the customer’s choice.
If we do not receive notification of any failure or damage within the mentioned time period, we assume the customer to be satisfied with the goods.
